You can send payment requests to multiple people by exporting their data into the dashboard by clicking on ‘Send Bulk Requests’ option in the form for Request A Payment.** **
Once you click on ‘Send Bulk Requests’, you can upload a CSV file containing a list of customers in the following format.
You can choose to add either email or phone or both.** **
You candownload a sample CSV file here, which you can change to put your own customer data.
After preparing the CSV file, just upload and send the requests. All requests will go to the respective customers and you will start seeing the status of all of them on the ‘Request a Payment’ page.
As with any other payment mode, you will receive confirmation emails as well, when customers complete the payment on your requests.
