Payment Request Status

Your past payment requests are listed on the Request a Payment page, and you can check the status of each of them.** **

The status can be one of the following:

  1. Sent - Request has been sent to the customer
  2. Pending - Customer has to still pay
  3. Completed - Customer has made the payment

Login to your Dashboard and click on “Request a Payment”

Scroll down to Your Past Payement Requests to see the status:
