I am unable to download the digital file or the link is not working, what should I do?
Please note that the links to download the Digital files will be active only for 24 hours since the time you receive the same. Post that, you will have to request for the file again using the "Download" link in the payment confirmation mail, enter the Email ID you had used to make the purchase and and we will be sending you a fresh link to download the same. Once you receive the link, we request you to kindly download and save the same in your system, within the next 24 hours.
