This error message means that you're using wrong credentials in the plugin.
If you're using the plugin in test mode then make sure you're using the credentials obtain from your test account. Otherwise you should be using credentials from your production account.
Another reason could be that your credentials are not valid anymore(this can happen when you ask us to disable your credentials).
