We are excited to announce significant changes to our storefront design, aimed at providing you with a more streamlined and intuitive experience. We have optimized the storefront to look sleeker, reducing chaos and presenting fewer options for a more efficient customization process.
To access the storefront, log in to your Instamojo dashboard. In the top right corner, click on the dropdown menu and select "Online Store," then navigate to "Storefront."
Key Changes to the Storefront:
1. Navigation Tabs:
Earlier in version 1, the storefront had three tabs: "Getting Started," "Customize Store," and "Builder."
With Version 2, we are simplifying the structure to two tabs: "Customize Store" and "Builder."
2. Customize Store Options:
Earlier, the 'Customize Store' tab included a variety of store options.
With Version 2, The current "Customize Store" tab now features five options:
- Getting Started
- Themes
- Fonts
- Colors
- Pages
Options like Fonts, Colors, Themes, and Pages are relocated to the left-hand side navigation menu for easy access and a cleaner design.
- To access Fonts, Colors, Themes, and Pages, simply click on the respective icons present in the navigation menu bar. For example, to access Colors, click on the "Colors" icon in the navigation menu bar.
- Please note that for Fonts, Colors, Themes, and Pages, the functionality remains unchanged; only the placement has been adjusted for improved accessibility.
- By the existing behavior, you will retain the ability to customize store colors, store fonts, and themes. Additionally, you can continue to add a new page and edit existing pages.

Getting Started Enhancements:
Users can open each Getting Started option in a full-page modal, and in keeping with the existing behavior, once an action is completed, it will be struck off, providing a clear indication of progress.
The final set of Getting Started options includes:
- Add one or more products to your online store
- Show public contact info for your customers
- Update your social media links
Removed Features from the storefront:
The following options are removed from the storefront side and can be accessed from the dashboard:
- Favicon
- Store Profile
- Domains and Mailboxes
- Social Media Links
- Policies
- Scripts
- Customize URL
Dashboard Integration:
Fonts, Colors, Themes, and Pages are not directly available on the dashboard. Instead, users will find a "Take me there" Call-to-Action (CTA) for these features, redirecting them to the respective pages on the storefront.
We believe these changes will enhance your storefront customization experience, providing a more focused and user-friendly interface.
