Terms & Conditions for Buyer using UPI handle for payment during the campaign period.
I DEFINITIONS
“Campaign Partner” shall mean Inspire Labs Solutions PVT LTD ( Grab On), who has entered into an alliance agreement with Instamojo for purpose of providing the Offer.
Buyer - Instamojo’s UPI User shall, a person who has transacted on our platform
and who has received communication from Instamojo with respect to the Offer.
"Program/“Offer” shall mean such cashback(s)/ discount(s) /benefit(s) provided by the Campaign Partner on paying through UPI handle at Instamojo’s platform during the Offer period on the Website.
“Program/Offer Period” shall mean the period commencing from December 1, 2018, till February 28, 2019, both days inclusive.
“Products/Services” shall mean the goods/benefits/facilities offered by the Campaign Partner.
“Website” shall mean the website of the Campaign Partner
II. OFFER
Campaign Partner shall facilitate multiple offers from various merchants across categories to Instamojo in order to facilitate UPI payments for Instamojo’s platform The availability of the offer is based on the following criteria:
To avail benefits under the Offer, the buyer shall visit the website link sent in the mail and browse through various offers and choose the one they would like to redeem at the respective merchant website during the Offer Period.
The Offer is valid only for User(s) of UPI handle who have received communication about the Offer from Instamojo, during the Offer Period.
Offer is non-transferable, non-binding and non-encashable.
The Offer is not valid for Void Transactions
Any dispute regarding delivery, service, suitability, merchantability, availability or quality of the offer/or product/services availed under this offer must be addressed in writing, by the buyer directly to Inspire Labs Solutions PVT LTD ( Grab On ) at support@grabon.in
III Steps to be followed to avail the Offer
Buyers will receive a mail from Instamojo within 48 hours after their successful UPI transaction/ payment on Instamojo’s platform
Buyers to visit the website mentioned in the mail.
Browse through the listed offers and select the offer of your choice click on ‘Show Coupon Code’ to get the promo code
Visit the merchant website and use the promo code at the time of checking out to avail the offer

IV GENERAL TERMS & CONDITIONS PRESCRIBED BY INSTAMOJO
Instamojo does not guarantee and make any representation about the usefulness, worthiness and/or character of the discount/benefit or of the Products/Services under the Offer provided by the Campaign Partner.
All issues/queries/complaints/grievances relating to the Offer, if any, shall be addressed to Campaign Partner directly at support@grabon.in without any reference to Instamojo The same shall be addressed by Campaign Partner, only up to a period of 7 days after the date of transaction/purchase.
The existence of a dispute, if any, regarding the Offer shall not constitute a claim against Instamojo and shall be addressed directly by the Campaign Partner.
All communication/notices with regard to this Offer should be addressed to Campaign Partner at support@grabon.in without any reference to Instamojo.
The Offer is not available wherever prohibited and/or on products/services for which such offers cannot be made available for any reason whatsoever.
Instamojo/Campaign Partner reserve the right to modify/ change all or any of the terms applicable to the Offer without assigning any reasons or without any prior intimation whatsoever. Instamojo also reserves the right to discontinue the Offer without assigning any reasons or without any prior intimation whatsoever.
Instamojo holds out no warranty or makes no representation about the quality, delivery or otherwise of the goods and services or the assured gifts/prizes offered by the Campaign Partners. Any dispute or claim regarding the goods, services and assured gifts/prizes must be resolved by the buyer with the Campaign Partners directly without any reference to Instamojo.
Instamojo shall not be liable in any manner whatsoever for any loss/ damage/ claim that may arise out of use or otherwise of any goods/ services / assured gifts/prizes availed by the buyer under the Program/Offer offered by the Campaign Partner/s.
Instamojo reserves the right to disqualify the Campaign Partner/s or buyer from the benefits of the Program if any fraudulent activity is identified as being carried out for the purpose of availing the benefits under the Program.
The cashback/ discount /assured gift/prize is sponsored by the Campaign Partner and the buyer shall be bound by the terms and conditions stipulated by the Campaign Partner in this regard.
Instamojo shall not be held liable for any delay or loss that may be caused in delivery of the goods and services or the assured gifts/prizes.
The Program/Offer is not available wherever prohibited and/or on merchandise/ products/services for which such programs cannot be offered for any reason whatsoever.
